The remote name could not be resolved means that Getbhavcopy is unable to reach NSE and BSE site.

Can you confirm that when Getbhavcopy encounters this error can you open NSE and BSE sites from your browser ? If no then it is an issue with your internet connection, fix it and you will not have the issues.

If you are able to access it with your browser but not using Getbhavcopy then can you confirm if you are behind a proxy.

Where are you trying to use Getbhavcopy? at home or in office ?

can you think of anything that can prevent Getbhavcopy from accessing the sites. For sure the issue is with your network, we need to find out where...

sachin are you behind a firewall ? Can you access www.nseindia.com using your browser ? Does it ask you to enter any password before showing up the NSE site in browser ?
