Looking at the screenshot this seems to be an issue with Calibri font on your local system. Try to go do a google search for Calibri font and install it. That should resolve the problem in my opinion.

hi Hemen as per your opinion I already install calibri font but should not solve your software lunching problem. please resolve it as early as possible.
