Getbhavcopy: Free NSE and BSE data downloader

I have compiled historical NSE and BSE data in ACSII format and have uploaded it to Rapishare. This data is compatiable with Getbhavcopy i.e. you can use Getbhavcopy to downloade daily EOD data from NSE and BSE servers and update it.

Hi,

What do you mean by helping you to download the data? Also if you need historical data for Metastock I recommend to download the Historical data in Metastock format and not in the ASCII format.

Hi,

If you are planning to use Metastock then download the historical data for Metastock and Unzip it into a folder. Then start Metastock and go to File >> Open and browse to the folder where you extracted the data.

I am not much aware about Amibroker. You can read the product documentation for that. However I suggest downloading ASCII data for Amibroker.

Hi hemen,

I apologize my question is totally confusing and can not understand,

What I mean is how to split the stocks we go in SYMBOL - SPLIT, AB automatically detects the date and ratio. if we do not know the ratio shell we go with auto mated or we should go with reliable information from website (I don't know any). And after data is split done we can not undo.

Since I do not have Amibroker I am not much aware of the process to adjust data from split and bonus adjustments. Reading your message it seems that you know how to do it and Amibroker autmatically finds it for you. All you need is a basis to verify that the adjustment suggested  by Amibroker is accurate.

You can get that details from NSE Corporate Action search page.
