Getbhavcopy: Free NSE and BSE data downloader

I downloaded and installed the .NET 3.5 Framework and then installed the new version of getbhavcopy. However when I am tring to run the application , it doesn't give me any option to edit the date and displays todays date and I am not able to download anything due to todays date. I had no problem with the old version, however the new version is creating trouble. I have attached the screen shot below for reference. Any one who knows the solution to above problem, kindly reply.

This is the most strange error I have ever seen with Getbhavcopy. Can you please ensure that the timezone is reflecting correctly ?

I tried changing the time zone and other security setting on mu PC, however i m facing the same issue.

I was able to find the issue. i think you have never set the options using the options button.

You will need to set the General, NSE Equity, BSE Equity and NSE Futures first. It is not mandatory to download evrything. the important thing is to get the settings saved.

Also note that the save happens on the NSE futures tab only.

i have downloaded the 2.1.0 version of getbhavcopy and installed it as per the instructions and configured the options for data downloading.i am using windows 7 64 bit home basic.but when i click on the download button nothing happens and it does not show anything.

I have tried latest getbhavcopy on Windows 7 on several machines and didn't work on anyone. I did follow all the usual steps and tried many times. I think it simply is not compatible with Win7.

Is this the problem because of windows updations.

Windows has just now updated my Laptop with .Net 4

Our website tells to install .net 3.5

Pls Help.
