Getbhavcopy: Free NSE and BSE data downloader

Hello,

This forum is started with an intention to provide the users of Getbhavcopy a channel to voice their opinions, exchange ideas, suggest improvements in the software.

Additionally, it also provides a single location where this community can interact among themselves and assist each other in learning Technical Analysis. I request users to share their technical analysis tips on this forums so that other users can learn from it.

Moreover you can get comments on your analysis from multiple people and will help you to improve your strategy, helping you make better decisions over time.

To post messages on this forum you need to register. Registration is absolutely free.

How to register

1. Please click on the "Register" link in the top right corner.
2. Fillup the form with your details. Provide your actual email id as you will receive an email with an activation link in that account.
3. Submit the form. It will say that a confirmation email has been sent to the email address.
4. Please check the email from 'notifications@webs.com' with the subject 'Membership Confirmation'.
5. The email has an activation link with the text 'Yes I would like to join the site'. Clikc on the link.
6. If you had an invite to join the site, your membership is completed and you can now login using your email id and passowrd and start contributing.
7. However if you did not have an invite, you will have to wait till I (Hemen) approves the joining request. This is because I would like to prevent spammers from joining my site.
8. You will recieve an email from totalbankrupt@yahoo.co.in the moment I approve your request and you can login using your email id and password.
9. The first time you login you can setup your Profile and also Invite your friends.

Edit March 9, 2009 : I have updated the registration process for now, whereby your membership is automatically approved on registration. I case i see spam activity I will revert back to this process.

Invite your friends

1. Once you are approved as a member you can import your contact from Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail etc and send an invite to them.
2. That way we can build up a community where we can interact, share and increase our knowledge.

What if I forget my password?

1. On the login page, click the 'Forgot your Password? link.
2. An email with your password will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

if  i send chq, clearing expenses will be huge. i am from karnataka. so pls give icici bank ac number. if u dont have , any of your frieds also will do.

hello i am new to this forum.i am learning technical analysis.now using the software chartnexus 2.4.1.i also have fchart se free software,for this software data downloading is a problem, here i want use getbhavcopy. wouild u suggest how to import data on eod base to fchatse.
